Price list:
User subscribed to the web site are entitled to see Aeterna price list. When a user subscribes, an automatic e.mail will be sent, telling the user about subscription evaluation. When the subscription is approved the user will be assigned to a specific price list level.
Aeterna srl has the right to decline at any time the user access to the reserved area.

Wholesalers and Resellers:
There are two different level of Price list. Aeterna srl tends to assign price list according to the user characteristics, and can assign a price list level against users specific request.

Wholesaler price list regards order higher than 140 items, C.I.F. prices both for the Italian or worldwide market.

Reseller pricelist regards the Italian market. Less than 140 funeral coffins may be ordered according to this price list. Transport to the customer location is included in this price list. Transport benefits are limited to the Italian area.

e.commerce: Ecommerce service is available under reserved area. The e.commerce is only for cost quotation. Aeterna srl has the right to decline any eventual order incoherent to its policy. Any order received electronically will be privately discussed with the customer and will be accepted previous written approbation.

Privacy Policy

AEterna srl, according to the Italian law n. 196/2003 of th 30th june 2003 and further revisions, declares that users’ personal data will be treated with correctness in order to protect privacy and rights.
According to the article 13 of the above mentioned law, we inform that personal data will be electronically processed:

1. All the data collected will be used to send information emails.
2. The aforementioned data shall be either electronically processed or used for direct communication with the registered user, according to the law in force.
3. The main registration Purpose consists in generating commercial opportunities oriented to the burial casket sector, and Central American Wood applications.
4. Data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties.
