Manufacturing process

Design
According to market indications, the first phase of the design process is the matching between coffin drawing and wood type. Decorations, ornaments and holy images are planned at this step.

Prototyping
During the prototyping phase, Decorations, ornaments and holy images are handcrafted. As soon as the coffin model reaches the perfect balance between design, wood veins and cut, the series production starts.

Manufacturing Process
During the manufacturing process, the cut and the assembly phase are carefully checked to make a product complying with the highest requirements of stability and sturdiness.
